What to include in the Shipping Policy

1. Production vs. Shipping Time
Every item you order is custom-made just for you. This means your order goes through two phases:

Production Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days for our print partners to print, quality-check, and pack your apparel.

Shipping Time: Once printed, standard shipping within the US usually takes 3–6 business days to arrive at your door.

Total estimated time from order to your doorstep is usually 5–11 business days.

2. Multiple Packages (Split Shipments)
Because we curate the best apparel from various high-quality distributors across the Printify network, items in the same order may ship from different locations. >
If you order multiple items, they may arrive at different times and in separate packages. Don't worry—you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package!

3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as a distributor prints your item and hands it to the carrier (USPS, DHL, etc.), we will automatically email you a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update.

4. Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We cannot change the address once the item has entered production.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Recovery Dept. is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery by the carrier.
